My nine-year old and I have been studying Saul Williams. She's an amazing poet. She wrote the one below after reading one of Saul's pieces.

In a moment of silence

You talk in a moment of silence

think when it is time to talk

you stop and stare when it time to move

i look at you as you look at me as i work and

we think what is he thinking?
